Cancelled – PCRA Club Championships
To all club members, Race officials, and Flaggies
I am writing to you to advise that the PCRA race meeting set down for the 3rd September 2022 will not be run due to the ongoing legal and planning issues being faced by Wakefield Park Raceway.
The PCRA management committee has been in constant contact with the Race track owners management team and local track management team since the NSW Land and Environment Court (LEC) ruling was handed down.
Unfortunately the Wakefield Park Raceway management team cannot with any certainty give any guarantees that the race meeting can go ahead at this time.
The PCRA management committee is presently investigating all avenues that is available to them to ensure Historic racing continues in NSW.
We will continue to keep speaking to Wakefield Park Raceway and push for approval to run the Endurance round in November 2022.
